Gazprom says transit gas pumping through Ukraine as usual

MOSCOW, May 5 (PRIME) -- Transit pumping of Russian natural gas through Ukraine is going on as usual with the planned pumping for Thursday standing at 98.9 million cubic meters, gas giant Gazprom said in a statement.

As per contract with Ukraine, Gazprom is to pump 40 billion cubic meters of gas to the E.U. through the country in 2022, or 109.6 million cubic meters per day.
